Terms and Conditions for Gili Trawangan Vacation Packages
Prices above are for the normal season and may change according to the season. Vacation Package Prices: The prices listed include accommodation, transportation, tours and activities, as well as various exciting activities such as snorkeling and diving. Please refer to the Itinerary for Package details.
The prices listed do not include airfare. Vacation package prices may change without prior notice.
Payment: To make a reservation, you must pay 50% of the total vacation package price as a deposit. Payment can be made via bank transfer or in-person payment at our office. The remaining payment must be settled 14 days before the departure date.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel the vacation package, the applicable cancellation fees are as follows:
- Cancellation 14 days before the departure date: 25% cancellation fee of the total vacation package price.
- Cancellation 7-13 days before the departure date: 50% cancellation fee of the total vacation package price.
- Cancellation 1-6 days before the departure date: 75% cancellation fee of the total vacation package price.
- Cancellation on the departure day or afterward: No refund.
Change of Schedule: If you wish to make a schedule change, you must inform us at least 14 days before the departure date. Schedule changes can only be made subject to availability.
Liability: 17Tour Agency is not responsible for losses, injuries, or deaths caused by accidents, natural disasters, or criminal actions by third parties during the trip. We are also not responsible for the loss or damage of your belongings.
Complaints: If you have any complaints during the trip, please inform the tour guide immediately or contact the provided helpline number. We will do our best to address your concerns.
