Term and Condition

1. Terms and Conditions Cancellation and Refund Cancellation can be made with a notice of 7 days before the departure date. For daily trips in Gili Trawangan and Lombok, and for Package trips organized by third parties (Service Providers), cancellation can be made with a notice of 15 days before the departure date.
2. No refund will be issued without prior notice as specified above. The entry fee will be allocated to the cancellation fee. Refund will only be processed if the cancellation meets the specified conditions.
3. Delays and Changes 17Tour Agency takes full responsibility for delays or schedule changes caused by natural conditions or other unforeseen events. We will refund the full amount received by 17Tour Agency.
4. Disclaimer 17Tour Agency is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the journey due to personal negligence.
