- Booking Process: Bookings can be made through our website or with authorised agents. We encourage you to book directly with 17Tour Agency . This allows us to personally handle your booking details and address any specific questions or requests you may have, minimizing the potential for miscommunication and ensuring a smooth journey from start to finish. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.
- Payment Terms: For customers who wish to make a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total price is required. The remaining balance must be settled at least one week (7 days) prior to your departure date. We accept Bank transfer & Cashlez apps.
- Pricing: The tour price includes accommodation as described, meals onboard, and specified activities. It excludes flights to/from the departure point, personal expenses, and optional activities not explicitly mentioned. Please refer to your specific tour itinerary for inclusions.
Cancellations and Amendments by the Guest:
Cancellations made 60 days prior to departure may be eligible for a 100% refund (minus admin fees).
