- Payment Terms: For customers who wish to make a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total price is required. The remaining balance must be settled at least one week (7 days) prior to your departure date. We accept Bank transfer & Cashlez apps.
- Pricing: The tour price includes accommodation as described, meals onboard, and specified activities. It excludes flights to/from the departure point, personal expenses, and optional activities not explicitly mentioned. Please refer to your specific tour itinerary for inclusions.

In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule to an alternative date, subject to availability. We are not responsible for any consequential losses incurred by the guest due to such cancellations or amendments.
- In the event of cancellation made through our website payment gateway or any third-party booking platform (including hybrid booking systems), all refunds will exclude transaction fees, bank charges, and payment processing fees. These fees are non-refundable.
