Itinerary from lombok
Day One
- Pick-up from your hotel or meeting point between 08:00 – 12:00 WITA, followed by transfer to the harbour
- Enjoy lunch on the way to the harbour
- Check-in on board between 13:00 – 14:00 WITA, meet the crew and settle into your cabin
- Depart from Lombok Harbour at 15:00 WITA and start your sailing journey
- Visit Kenawa Island for light trekking, swimming, or relaxing on the beach with beautiful views
Day Two
- Visit Saleh Bay (Whale Shark Point) and swim or snorkel with whale sharks (depending on conditions)
- Stop at Doro Peti for swimming, relaxing, and enjoying the untouched natural surroundings
- Continue sailing towards Komodo Island while enjoying the ocean view and peaceful atmosphere
Day Three
- Snorkeling at Manta Point (if time and weather permit) with a chance to see manta rays
- Guided trekking on Komodo Island to see Komodo dragons and learn about their habitat
- Relax and snorkel at Pink Beach, known for its unique pink sand and vibrant marine life
- Sunset trekking on Padar Island for iconic panoramic views from the top
- Boat anchoring overnight near Manjarite Island
Last Day
- Morning snorkeling at Manjarite Island with calm water and colorful coral reefs
- Visit Kelor Island for short trekking, beach time, and scenic views
- Sailing to Labuan Bajo and arrive at the harbour around 12:00 WITA

- 18:00 - 19:00. Pickup from hotel or airport.
- 19:00 - 20:00. Transfer to the harbour.
- Evening. Check-in onboard the boat and enjoy dinner with a relaxing atmosphere.
- 23:00 - 00:00. Departure from Labuan Bajo and start sailing overnight towards Komodo National Park.
Day 2
- 05:00. Wake up call.
- Morning. Padar Island (Sunrise Trekking). Enjoy panoramic views from the top with three different colored beaches.
- Morning. Pink Beach. Swim and relax while enjoying the unique pink sand and clear water.
- Midday. Komodo Island. Walk with a ranger and see Komodo dragons in their natural habitat.
- Afternoon. Manta Point. Snorkeling with manta rays in open ocean.
- Night. Continue sailing towards Sumbawa Island overnight.
Day 3
- Morning. Savana Beach. Relax and enjoy scenic natural landscapes.
- Afternoon. Doro Peti. Snorkeling spot with clear water and marine life.
Day 4
- Early Morning. Saleh Bay. Swim with whale sharks in their natural habitat.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Rates
Infants (under 2 years old): free of charge
Toddlers (2–5 years old): 50% of the normal rate
Children (over 5 years old): full price
Payment Terms
A deposit is required to guarantee the booking. The payment must be completed within the specified time after receiving confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid before the sailing date.
Any bank charges incurred for transfers are the responsibility of the guest. We require receipt of the full amount as stated in the invoice.
Full payment must be completed before departure. Guests who have not completed payment will not be allowed to board.
Cancellation
Cancellation by the guest is non-refundable. However, the booking may be transferred to another person.
In case of cancellation due to government restrictions, flight cancellations, or force majeure, all payments will be held as a deposit and can be used for rescheduling within 12 months, subject to availability.
If no rebooking is made within 12 months, all payments will be forfeited.
Liabilities
By making payment, guests agree to be responsible for any damage or loss caused to the boat or equipment due to their negligence.
All activities during the trip are at the guest’s own risk.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death, except where caused by proven negligence.
Booking Conditions
Bookings are confirmed only after deposit payment is received.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if payment is not completed.
Rescheduling is subject to notice period and availability.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be used for future bookings within 12 months.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are subject to change depending on weather and operational conditions.
Guests must arrive on time. Late arrival may result in missing the trip without refund.
Itinerario
We reserve the right to change or modify the itinerary at any time due to weather conditions, safety considerations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Such changes do not entitle guests to any refund or compensation.
Guest Responsibility
All guests must follow the instructions of the crew at all times.
Any behavior that endangers safety, including illegal activities or misconduct, may result in removal from the trip without refund.
Replacement Vessel
In case of technical issues before departure, we may provide a replacement vessel or reschedule the trip, subject to availability.
Once the trip has started, any technical decision will be made by the captain for safety purposes.
Bad Weather Conditions
Bad weather is considered force majeure. In such cases, the trip may be rescheduled. No cash refund will be provided.
Feedback / Complaints
All complaints must be reported during the trip so that immediate action can be taken.
Formal complaints must be submitted no later than 2 days after the trip.
Complaints submitted after this period will not be considered.
Force Majeure
Force majeure includes events beyond our control such as natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, technical failure, or government regulations.
In such cases, the trip will be rescheduled within 12 months. No refund will be provided.
Acceptance
By confirming the booking, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above.
